Our official Harry Potter Shop will blend iconic storytelling with world‑class retail standards, creating a destination that delights fans from around the world. We’re looking for hardworking and detail‑focused Stock Assistants to ensure the behind‑the‑scenes engine of our flagship store runs smoothly.
In this role, you’ll work predominantly back of house, processing deliveries, maintaining stockrooms and ensuring the shopfloor is consistently replenished and ready for customers. While operationally focused, your work plays a vital role in delivering a great customer experience — ensuring products are available, standards are high and the shopfloor runs seamlessly throughout the day.

Your Role Accountabilities:
- Process deliveries efficiently and accurately, following all stock handling procedures.
- Maintain organised, well‑managed stockrooms to support fast and effective replenishment.
- Move stock to the correct shopfloor locations throughout the day based on trading needs.
- Replenish stock at pace, ensuring shelves remain full, tidy and customer‑ready.
- Complete stock counts, date checks and routine accuracy tasks to a high standard.
- Support shopfloor presentation when replenishing, maintaining clean and organised displays.
- Respond positively and professionally when assisting customers as needed.
- Follow all health & safety, manual handling and loss prevention procedures.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail with a practical, organised approach.
- Ability to work at pace in a physically active role.
- Positive, reliable and proactive attitude.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Comfortable working primarily back of house while supporting the shopfloor.
- Willingness to follow processes and safety guidelines.
- Retail or stock handling experience is helpful but not essential — full training will be provided.
Working Pattern:
This is a full‑time role, 40 hours per week, on a seven‑day rota including weekends and Bank Holidays. Working hours are between 7am and 10pm.
Onsite Working:
This role is advertised as Onsite, meaning all working hours and days (regardless of shift pattern) will be carried out at the place of work. Subject to any applicable laws, WBD / your Line Manager reserves the right to change this working agreement, where this is essential to business needs and upon reasonable notice to you.
