Warner Bros. Discovery in London is seeking a proactive Reception Coordinator to be the welcoming face of our world‑class post‑production facilities. You’ll be the first point of contact for clients, guests and staff, delivering an exceptional experience and supporting high‑profile screenings and events.

Working with our Bookings and Producer teams, you’ll coordinate reception services across multiple Soho locations, oversee daily front‑of‑house operations, and manage the flow of media and security.
