Your New Role
Warner Bros. Discovery seeks a Creative Trafficking Intern for the Subscriber Acquisition Marketing team. This role will support trafficking of feeds for sports and entertainment and involves wider team projects while learning about subscriber acquisition and performance marketing.
About the Role
The role involves working with Dynamic Content Optimisation (DCO) to populate and verify feed data for campaigns. Creative assets are generated automatically using ready‑made templates, allowing efficient scaling across creative production and media management. The candidate will be pivotal in ensuring that the correct information is set up in the feed according to the media plan and media requirements, verify the accuracy of the creative output, confirm deliveries to the media teams and communicate with other teams as necessary.
Your Role Accountabilities
- Work closely with Creative team/ACQ team/Global buying team to populate the feed and communicate with internal teams to streamline workflow and asset delivery.
- Monitor and maintain essential documents (specs, process, workflow, best practice, taxonomy).
- Manage the Media Drive & Smartly Library housing all creative files for trafficking.
- Check assets for specs, correct dimensions and file formats.
- Generate file naming conventions essential for performance measurement.
- Traffic and deliver final files to automation platform or media team.
- Confirm campaign launch has gone live.
- Support the broader subscriber acquisition on projects to help development & learning.
Qualifications & Experience
- You must be a current University student in your 2nd year of study, looking to spend your 3rd year on placement and graduating no earlier than July 2028.
- Hands‑on with a proactive, can‑do attitude.
- Strong communication skills and experience presenting data.
- Knowledge of or work experience or internships in Digital Marketing ecosystem, working with channels such as Social, Display, YouTube, Search, Native and Discovery.
- Knowledge of digital creative assets: specs, best practice, creative guidelines.
- Experience in Dynamic creative optimisation tools such as Smartly, Google Web Designer and dynamic creative optimisation and feed management is a bonus.
The Internship
Salary: £27,000
Contract Length: 12 months
Start Date: 6th July 2026
You will gain hands‑on experience working on business‑critical projects. You will have access to personal and professional development courses, executive speakers’ series, special screenings and more.
