We are looking for a tenacious story-hunter to take up the role of Concept Development Researcher on our Concept Development team. In this position you'll work closely with the rest of the team to research and find story examples that are editorially sound while also fitting the sponsorship brief. Strong editorial judgement is an important characteristic of an effective researcher.

Your Role Accountabilities:

  • Uncover untold or under-told stories that are regionally relevant while also being of interest to CNN’s global audience, working to sponsorship briefs.
  • Research story details online and on social media.
  • Succinctly summarise stories in a way that garners interest.
  • Present summaries visually in PowerPoint or Keynote.
  • Understand the editorial direction of CNN’s verticals to find stories that fit both CNN and the sponsorship requirements.
