We are looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Executive (FTC) with great attention to detail to support the Marketing Manager and our hotels in delivering effective marketing initiatives and partnerships at a local/regional level. This role is essential for driving brand consistency and supporting the hotels with increasing revenue through future hotel bookings and in hotel sales. You will report into the Local Marketing Manager and work closely with the hotels.
What will you be doing?
- Support with creative assets required for local partnerships
- Look out for opportunities to work with local partners to help amplify the hotel presence in the local area
- Collaborate with local businesses to create cross-promotional opportunities
- Be responsible for briefing in and providing hotels with the tools and assets required to support with sales
- Work on and own all marketing tools, kits and assets for the hotels – ensure the hotel teams are aware of what is available to them
- Support in the creation of local marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and digital content, to support hotel-specific initiative
- Be a guardian for the brand – send the hotels regular updates on the do’s and don’t
- Ensure the hotels are aware of all material and marketing available to them to keep collateral on brand
- Check in regularly with the hotels to ensure they are aware of any updates and changes
- Support with photo shoot planning
- Be the go-to ‘person’ for the hotel and photographer
- Manage the logistics for the shoot with the hotels and photograph
- Be responsible for all images being uploaded onto the central platform for all teams to use and keep the platform up to date
What are we looking for?
- Should have some travel or hospitality experience and understanding of this industry
- A good understanding of local marketing
- Understand point of sale materials, sales collateral, merchandising
- Able to manage multiple priorities
- Works well under pressure
- Strong planning skills
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the hospitality or travel sector
