Based 3 days a week from our Hemel Hempstead Hub, the Creative Designer will support the delivery of brand-led creative across Warner Hotels, working across both campaign conception and day-to-day design requirements.

This role will help bring campaigns, propositions and guest-facing communications to life across print and digital channels, ensuring all work is visually engaging, accurate and aligned to brand guidelines.

The Creative Designer will need to be able to quickly understand and apply new brand identities, tone of voice and visual systems, and confidently adapt creative across multiple formats and audiences.

You’ll work on a wide range of assets including campaign concepts, paid social statics, email assets, display banners, web assets, brochures, flyers, posters and in-hotel collateral.

This is a hands‑on creative role, suited to someone who can balance fresh ideas with strong artwork craft, attention to detail and the ability to deliver at pace.

You’ll need to have significant hands‑on experience with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly In Design, Photoshop and Illustrator.
