- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, ensuring all stations are properly organised and prepared for service.
- Supervising and training junior chefs, promoting a positive and collaborative working environment.
- Ensuring food safety standards are always adhered to, including proper storage, handling, and cooking techniques.
- Monitoring inventory levels and managing food costs to meet financial targets.
- Supporting the Head Chef in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and responding to guest feedback
What are we looking for? A Sous Chef who understands the importance of working in a branded environment. You will have the ability to create a culture of support and actively encourages teamwork. You'll be willing to challenge and coach the team if standards aren't meeting required levels, as you're a chef with a passion for great food and service.
