The UK’s leading provider of adult short break experiences, Warner Hotels, is a collection of unique properties in great locations across the UK. Key to this is having a great team in place, and our Talent Acquisition team is growing to help support this for our hotels. We’re recruiting 2 Talent Acquisition Advisors on 6 month fixed term contracts to directly support our hotels in attracting, sourcing and recruiting top talent.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and support effective recruitment strategies to fill vacancies efficiently and cost-effectively.
- Accountable for management and salaried recruitment in hotels, and support colleague recruitment as needed.
- Take ownership of both the candidate experience and the professionalism of the recruitment service for the 8 hotels you will support.
- Tasks include candidate attraction and recruitment planning, sourcing and screening, managing the candidate experience through to offer, and tracking your work effectively.
- Develop relationships with hiring managers, providing support and guidance throughout the recruitment process.
- Support interesting projects as we redefine the Talent Acquisition process.
Qualifications
- Currently in a recruitment role with experience of using a variety of tools and methods to keep a strong pipeline of candidates.
- Comfortable working on a range of operational roles from Kitchen Porters to Head of Departments.
- Recognise that you may need to try multiple options to find the perfect candidates.
- Experience with ElementsSuite as an ATS is a bonus.
This is a six month fixed term contract, based at our offices in Hemel Hempstead, 3 days a week.
