This 209-bedroom hotel with 180 years of history offers modern facilities including a spa, cabaret dining restaurant, and beautiful grounds in rural Warwickshire.

Warner Hotels is looking for dedicated Lifeguards to join our vibrant team at Warner Hotels and help us provide a fun and safe environment for our guests.

What will I be doing?

As a Lifeguard you will

  • Monitor and ensure the safety of guests in and around swimming areas
  • Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a fun atmosphere
  • Execute rescue techniques and administer first aid as needed
  • Educate guests about pool safety rules and regulations

What skills do I need?

  • National Pool Lifeguard qualification (RLSS) an advantage but not essential - Full training available.
  • Able to swim a minimum of 100 meters
  • Work independently and proudly, providing exceptional customer service and cleanliness throughout the leisure department.
  • Ensure a safe, secure, and appealing environment is maintained for team and guests by following the company Health and Safety Policy
