Responsibilities
- Perform a full range of professional spa treatments to high standards, ensuring guests feel relaxed and pampered.
- Deliver Temple Spa experiences and Mii makeup workshops.
- Support the Spa and Leisure team with ad-hoc duties (e. g., reception cover and cleaning).
- Provide expert skincare and product advice to guests.
- Participate in training and development as required.
Qualifications
- Level 2 or equivalent industry qualifications.
- Level 3 or equivalent industry qualifications (preferred but not essential).
- Massage/Hot Stone qualifications (preferred but not essential).
- Holistic qualifications such as Reflexology, Reiki, Hopi ear candling (preferred but not essential).
- Previous experience with Temple Spa, Jessica, Mii, Medik8 (preferred but not essential).
