Join our team at Sinah Warren, part of the Warner Hotels Group. This beautiful, coastal, 258-bedroom hotel with a theatre, purpose-built spa, and leisure facilities (including gym and both indoor and outdoor pools), restaurant and bar is located on Hayling Island off the Hampshire coast close to Portsmouth.

Join Warner Hotels as our new Leisure Manager and lead a dynamic team across our Sports and Leisure departments, including both indoor and outdoor pools. You will work alongside our Spa Manager to lead a team of specialists, drive commercial success, and uphold the highest standards of service and safety, to provide exceptional guest experiences across our sports, leisure, activities, wellness, and spa services.
Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a team across leisure, activities and fitness operations
- Manage both our indoor and outdoor swimming pools
- Drive guest satisfaction and departmental revenue
- Manage budgets and P&L performance
- Ensure compliance with health & safety standards
- Coach and develop team members to reach their full potential

- Proven leadership in a sports, leisure and/or activities environment
- Pool Plant Operations experience and qualifications
- Experience managing a P&L and achieving commercial targets
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
