Leisure Team Member

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact and give a warm, friendly and professional welcome to all spa members and guests.
• Answer all requests and queries in a friendly yet professional manner.
• Take payments for both spa services and retail.
• Support the daily spa operation.
• Handle beauty and indoor/outdoor activity bookings as required.
• Work as part of a team on a shift rota, including weekends.

Skills and Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Organised with an eye for detail.
• Strong communication skills.
• Knowledge of electronic booking systems is desirable but not essential.
• Previous experience in a spa or health & fitness centre a plus, but training will be provided.

Pay

Up to £12.71 per hour depending on age.
