This role is based at the Runnymede on Thames, part of the Warner Hotels Group. Opening as a Warner in 2024, this hotel on the River Thames near Windsor offers award-winning spa facilities, restaurants, bars, and outdoor activities.

Responsibilities
- Overseeing both reception and holiday sales, you will lead a team of up to 20 to ensure that the guest journey is effortless from beginning to end.
- Ensure all guest information is prepared prior to check-in and departure, and maximise sales throughout the stay by providing informative advice on hotel experiences (e.g., Afternoon Tea, Gin Tasting).
- Support guests to talk in confidence and book their next break.

- An inspirational leader who drives their team to deliver a great guest experience.
- Experience in sales and target setting, with the ability to instil confidence in the team to actively sell extra experiences prior to a guest’s stay.
- Ability to effectively lead, motivate and engage leaders and team, even in times of high demand.

- Ability to work to a sales target.
- Financial knowledge with the ability to manage sales in line with budgets.
- Capability to create an environment where the team can grow and develop.
