Join our team at Holme Lacy, part of the Warner Hotels Group. This Grade I listed 181‑bedroom hotel in Herefordshire has a theatre, spa, two restaurants, and a coffee shop, all set in 20 acres of green fields.

Pay Rates: Up to £12.71 per hour depending on age.

What will I be doing?

As part of our supportive team, you will develop and grow into delivering a great customer service on reception and on our holiday shop, within the hotel. Alongside the Front Office Manager and the Front Office Supervisor you will be a key part of the smooth running of the reception area.

A people person who would put the guest journey at the heart of everything they do. A willingness to learn and improve knowledge on customer service, our products and tailored selling. Someone who will care about the wider team and look to support wherever needed.
