Warner Hotels is looking for a part-time Contact Centre Advisor to support guests from our Hemel Hempstead support centre, handling bookings and pre- and post-stay queries. You will help guests choose the perfect break and provide confident advice to ensure a memorable experience.
You will work 16-24 hours per week, including a weekend shift on Saturday or Sunday between 09:00 and 18:00, with some negotiable shifts during the week. Equipment is provided for a home-based role.
