About the Role

Join our team at Studley Castle, part of the Warner Hotels Group. This 209-bedroom hotel with 180 years of history offers modern facilities including a spa, cabaret dining restaurant, and beautiful grounds in rural Warwickshire.

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Head of Hospitality to join us at Warner Hotels.

What will I be doing?

You will be responsible for the smooth running of multiple restaurants, and bars. Leading and inspiring a diverse and multi skilled team of up to 60. Working closely with the Food and Beverage Managers you will ensure that the departments work in harmony, by bringing the team together to drive the business forward from both a teamwork and customer service perspective. Dining is a very important part of our guests’ experience when staying at Warner. As the Head of Hospitality, you are part of a passionate team, working within our modern food and beverage facilities.

What We’re Looking For

• Inspirational leadership that elevates service standards across both front and back of house.
• Strong people management skills to lead, motivate, and engage teams during high-pressure periods.
• High standards and accountability, with a readiness to challenge when expectations aren’t met.
• Confident decision-making with a strategic mindset.
• Sales-driven leadership, using coaching and strategy to boost performance.

Key Skills Required

• Proven experience managing a multifaceted hospitality operation.
• Financial acumen, including P&L responsibility and budget control.
• Ability to foster team development and create a growth-oriented environment.
• Clear and effective communication to articulate ideas and drive alignment.
