We have an exciting opportunity for a talented Sous Chef to join the culinary team at Warner Hotels, helping to create exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

What will I be doing?

  • Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, ensuring all stations are properly organised and prepared for service.
  • Supervising and training junior chefs, promoting a positive and collaborative working environment.
  • Ensuring food safety standards are always adhered to, including proper storage, handling, and cooking techniques.
  • Monitoring inventory levels and managing food costs to meet financial targets.
  • Supporting the Head Chef in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and responding to guest feedback.
