Overview

Join Warner Hotels as our new Leisure Manager and lead a dynamic team across our Sports and Leisure departments, including both indoor and outdoor pools. You will work alongside our Spa Manager to lead a team of specialists, drive commercial success, and uphold the highest standards of service and safety, to provide exceptional guest experiences across our sports, leisure, activities, wellness, and spa services.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire a team across leisure, activities and fitness operations
  • Manage both our indoor and outdoor swimming pools
  • Drive guest satisfaction and departmental revenue
  • Manage budgets and P&L performance
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety standards
  • Coach and develop team members to reach their full potential

Qualifications

  • Proven leadership in a sports, leisure and/or activities environment.
  • Pool Plant Operations experience and qualifications.
  • Experience managing a P&L and achieving commercial targets
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Passion for wellness, hospitality, and team development
  • Ability to make confident decisions and uphold high standards
