Overview
Join Warner Hotels as our new Leisure Manager and lead a dynamic team across our Sports and Leisure departments, including both indoor and outdoor pools. You will work alongside our Spa Manager to lead a team of specialists, drive commercial success, and uphold the highest standards of service and safety, to provide exceptional guest experiences across our sports, leisure, activities, wellness, and spa services.
Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a team across leisure, activities and fitness operations
- Manage both our indoor and outdoor swimming pools
- Drive guest satisfaction and departmental revenue
- Manage budgets and P&L performance
- Ensure compliance with health & safety standards
- Coach and develop team members to reach their full potential
Qualifications
- Proven leadership in a sports, leisure and/or activities environment.
- Pool Plant Operations experience and qualifications.
- Experience managing a P&L and achieving commercial targets
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Passion for wellness, hospitality, and team development
- Ability to make confident decisions and uphold high standards
