Set within magnificent grounds, Norton Grange is a beautiful, coastal, 202-bedroom chalet village with a theatre, purpose-built leisure facilities, a restaurant, and award-winning gardens that feature beautiful views of the Solent. It’s close to the port of Yarmouth on the Isle of Wight.

What will I be doing?
As part of our supportive team, you will develop and grow into delivering great customer service on reception, within the hotel. Alongside the Reception Manager and the Reception Team Leaders, you will be a key part of the smooth running of the reception area.

A people person who would put the guest journey at the heart of everything they do. A willingness to learn and improve knowledge on customer service, our products and tailored selling. Someone who will care about the wider team and look to support wherever needed.
