At Warner Hotels, we're looking for an AWS DevOps Engineer to be responsible for the robust administration, security, and scalability of the Warner Hotels AWS environment. This role sits at the intersection of development and operations, building and maintaining the infrastructure pipelines, automating deployments, and ensuring that our cloud architecture remains cost‑effective, performant, and secure.
Cross‑functional responsibilities include:

Implement auto‑scaling strategies and right‑sizing policies to align infrastructure costs with actual business demand and transactional volume.
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Act as the technical bridge between architecture and development, providing clear documentation for infrastructure standards. Participate in incident response activities, providing technical root‑cause analysis (RCA) for infrastructure‑related outages.
Expert‑level understanding of AWS core services (specifically Fargate, Lambda, S3, IAM, and Networking). Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform, AWS CDK, or CloudFormation). Familiarity with scripting languages (Python or Bash) for automation. Understanding of containerisation (Docker) and orchestration (ECS/EKS).
