Warner Hotels are recruiting for a Housekeeping Supervisor.
In this role, you will lead, motivate, and support the housekeeping team to ensure guest rooms and public areas consistently meet the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and hygiene.
By maintaining exceptional quality standards and fostering a positive team environment, you will play a key role in enhancing the guest experience, driving customer satisfaction, and supporting the smooth, efficient operation of the property.
The Housekeeping Supervisor has the following responsibilities: Operational Oversight Act as the on-shift leader across the department.
Monitor operational standards and efficiency in all areas.
Coordinate with department managers to resolve issues promptly.
Guest Service & Experience Serve as the main guest contact during the shift.
Handle queries, complaints, VIPs, and special requests professionally.
Maintain a visible presence in public areas to support guest satisfaction.
Team Support & Leadership Provide support and guidance to teams across all departments.
Reallocate resources during busy periods to maintain service levels.
Lead by example, fostering a positive and collaborative working environment.
Financial & Commercial Awareness Monitor upselling opportunities across rooms, F&B, leisure, and retail.
Ensure correct cash handling and billing processes.
Support cost control while maintaining guest experience standards.
Communication & Reporting Conduct thorough shift handovers to ensure continuity.
Prepare reports on key events, guest feedback, and operational challenges.
Escalate urgent matters to senior leadership as required.
Emergency Response Take decisive action during emergencies or unexpected issues.
Coordinate teams to minimise disruption and ensure guest safety.
Event & Function Support Liaise with organisers and internal teams to ensure event requirements are met.
