We\'re looking for a Communications & Engagement Manager to join our brilliant team at Hemel Support, part of Warner Hotels. Warner Hotels includes 16 stunning UK properties-country estates, castles, and coastal villages-offering short breaks with fantastic food, contemporary dining, leisure facilities, and entertainment. Our one great team ensures every guest enjoys a seamless, memorable experience every visit, every time.
What will I be doing?
- Internal Communications: Develop and deliver a company-wide communications strategy and calendar, ensuring messages are clear, consistent, and aligned with our values. Use multiple channels including email, intranet, digital screens, newsletters, and video.
- People Communications: Lead comms for People-related activity including policy updates, and new initiatives-ensuring transparency and clarity.
- Engagement Strategy: Design and implement initiatives that celebrate our culture, diversity, and team contributions, including DEI campaigns, and wellness activities.
- Insight & Impact: Support engagement surveys and DEI efforts, using feedback and data to refine strategy and improve reach and effectiveness.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams and senior leaders to align communications and engagement with wider business goals.
- Events & Experiences: Plan and support internal events such as team huddles, awards, and onboarding experiences that reinforce our culture and values.
- Storytelling: Source and share success stories, team spotlights, and guest impact moments to foster pride and connection across the business.
