Role Purpose The Cluster Property Manager leads facilities management and property standards across a group of hotels, ensuring assets are safe, compliant and maintained to brand expectations. The role provides regional oversight of maintenance, grounds and statutory compliance activity, supporting Property Managers and site teams to deliver consistent standards. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, working closely with hotel leadership teams and The Hub, the role drives effective planning, costcontrol and long-term asset protection. A key focus is health and safety, statutorycompliance and sustainability performance across the estate.
