Join our team at Heythrop Park, part of the Warner Hotels Group. This 311-bedroom hotel with two theatres, a spa, and three restaurants is set within 440 acres of parkland in the heart of the Cotswolds. The Operational Support Team Member plays a key role in supporting the smooth day-to-day running of hotel operations through effective administration and team support.
As our Operational Support Team Member, you'll assist with general administration across a range of tasks, including:
- Employee relations
- Finance
- New starter inductions
- Uniform
- Team training compliance
- On-boarding
- Team engagement activities
Key responsibilities for the Operational Support Team Member will include:
- Uniform and stationery ordering
- Petty cash processing
- Maintaining internal noticeboards and supporting internal communications across departments
- Acting as a point of contact for operational administration queries
- Coordinating onboarding administration and hosting inductions for new colleagues
- Supporting team IT queries
- Safe & Secure reporting and compliance
- Quarterly sundry stocktaking
- Coordinating Uniform stock in line with budget
- Supporting with live in room checks
- Monthly float counts
- Tracking open tabs on tills, to ensure they are closed daily
- Supporting colleague wellbeing initiatives, engagement activities, and recognition programmes such as “Glow Getters”
- Helping maintain a positive and inclusive team culture across the hotel
