Join our team at Sinah Warren, part of the Warner Hotels Group. Sinah Warren is a coastal 258-bedroom hotel with a theatre, dedicated spa, leisure facilities (including gym and indoor and outdoor pools), restaurant and bar, located on Hayling Island off the Hampshire coast near Portsmouth.

Warner Hotels are looking for a talented Sous Chef to join the busy and friendly kitchen at Sinah Warren, Hayling Island. All the relevant skills, qualifications and experience that a successful applicant will need are listed in the following description.

What will I be doing?

  • Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, ensuring all stations are properly organised and prepared for service.
  • Supervising and training junior chefs, promoting a positive and collaborative working environment.
  • Ensuring food safety standards are always adhered to, including proper storage, handling, and cooking techniques.
  • Monitoring inventory levels and managing food costs to meet financial targets.
  • Supporting the Head Chef in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and responding to guest feedback.
