We are looking for an experienced BI Developer to help shape and enhance our reporting and analytics capability. Based in our Hemel Hempstead Hub office, you'll be focused on developing impactful Power BI solutions that enable colleagues across the business to make informed, data-driven decisions.
Working closely with stakeholders and our established data team, you will translate business requirements into intuitive dashboards, robust semantic models and actionable insights. You'll play a key role in improving how data is consumed across the organisation, championing best practice in visualisation, usability and self-service analytics.
You'll need to be able to demonstrate:
- Power BI Expertise: Advanced experience designing, developing and maintaining high-quality Power BI dashboards, reports and semantic models.
- Data Visualisation: Strong understanding of visual design principles, user experience and storytelling through data, creating intuitive and engaging reporting solutions.
- DAX: Confident developing measures, calculations and business logic within Power BI, balancing performance, maintainability and business requirements.
