About the Role

This role involves leading the spa and wellness offering, overseeing day-to-day operations, and ensuring high service standards. You'll work closely with hotel leadership to support team development and guest experience, driving engagement, revenue, and team growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead the spa and wellness offering, ensuring high service standards, guest satisfaction and commercial performance
- Oversee day-to-day spa operations, including facilities, treatments and team performance
- Deliver a safe, clean and relaxing environment aligned with Warner Hotels' brand
- Drive revenue growth while maintaining strong operational standards
- Work closely with hotel leadership to support team development and guest experience
- Ensure full compliance with health, safety and hygiene standards
- Deliver seasonal campaigns, wellness initiatives and premium spa experiences
- Promote wellbeing, relaxation and a high-quality guest journey
- Drive revenue through treatments, retail and promotions
- Manage budgets, costs and stock effectively
- Grow spa usage and enhance the wellness offering
- Oversee retail, merchandising, stock control and suppliers
- Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements to increase satisfaction and return visits
Qualifications
- Experience in spa or wellness management within hospitality or leisure
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams
- Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Commercial awareness (budgets, sales, retail performance)
- Knowledge of health & safety, hygiene and compliance standards
- Relevant spa/beauty qualification (e.g. NVQ Level 3) preferred
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset
