We have a fantastic opportunity for a Maintenance Technician at Warner Hotels.

As part of our supportive team, you will develop and grow into delivering a great service within the Maintenance department.

Alongside the Maintenance Team Supervisor you will be a fundamental part of the smooth running of the guest journey from the moment each guest arrives.

By working together with a large diverse and multi-skilled team, you will ensure all our guests enjoy the highest quality stay keeping abreast of all essential maintenance repairs and minor works.

What are we looking for?

  • A skilled and detail-oriented Painter and Decorator to carry out internal and external painting and decorating, preparation works to walls and minor repairs to surfaces and structures prior to decorating/painting.
  • A someone who can work independently to care for the maintenance of the building carrying out minor ensuring the building is not only looking its best, but all areas are fully functioning.
  • Able to use and maintain a range of equipment to include loose hand tools, power tools and door lock equipment.
  • Be guest focused, always having a positive and problem-solving attitude.
  • A people person who would put the guest journey at the heart of everything they do.
  • Someone who will care about the wider team and look to support wherever needed.

What skills do I need?

  • Previous experience as a maintenance technician will help but not essential – mainly a willingness to learn about maintenance covering a large hotel.
