We have a fantastic opportunity for a skilled Administrator to join the team at Runnymede on Thames on a fixed term basis for four months. The Administrator will be supporting the Operational Support Coordinator in a range of administrative tasks that help keep the hotel operating.
- General administrative support.
- Filing, scanning, and maintaining employee records.
- Assisting with ensuring all team members have signed contracts on file and scanning paper copies into electronic records.
- Preparing and updating staff notice boards and internal communications.
- Ensuring deliveries, post, and internal correspondence are distributed to the correct departments.
- Assisting with uniform administration, including issuing uniform, monitoring stock levels, and ensuring team members have the items required for their role.
- Supporting the upkeep and presentation of staff areas.
- Assisting with payroll administration tasks, primarily obtaining HOD approvals and supporting payroll processes.
- Preparing letters, forms, and employee documentation as required.
- Supporting recruitment administration, including arranging interviews and preparing new starter paperwork.
- Assisting with training compliance and ensuring employee files remain compliant and up to date.
- Assisting with the organisation of employee engagement activities and recognition initiatives.
- Data entry and updating internal systems.
- Providing general administrative support to departments as required.
- Assisting with auditing personnel files and ensuring documentation is complete and correctly filed.
- Supporting ad hoc projects and administrative tasks as required.
Previous experience as a maintenance technician will help but is not essential - primarily a willingness to learn about maintenance covering a large hotel.
