The Opportunity: The role of Head of Operations (Director Designate) is an opportunity to be part of a committed team, and directly influential in the future policies and direction of company development. It is anticipated that the Head of Operations would in due course be appointed to the board of directors. The post reports to the Managing Director. You will be working as part of a successful, privately owned, polymer manufacturing company, that genuinely offers and fosters a supportive and forward-thinking work culture. It is somewhere where staff are valued and rewarded for their contribution.
Purpose of the Job: The successful candidate will need to be an aspirational role model to turn enthusiastic and competent managers into great managers and to identify the rising stars for good succession/workforce planning. You will bring a clear and credible management style and culture to Tecni-Form and instil high quality management techniques in the operational teams. You will be supported in this by the current team of committed managers.
