Your New Role… The Campaign Strategy, Creative & Innovation team is responsible for all campaign strategy and planning (organic, boosted, non-standard & content creators) activities across our 70+ streaming social handles in EMEA, creating full campaign strategies for all high and tentpole titles and brand campaigns as well as the execution of these campaigns in collaboration with the in-house and external creative agencies, as well as the Brand & Content team. The team is spread across EMEA, each specialized in an expertise area and local priority market, and the main mission is to become best in class when it comes to organic social, representing and driving buzz, word of mouth, conversation, engagement and awareness for our brand and content. This is a maternity cover role until January 2026.
Your Role Accountabilities…
- Managing the Creative & Innovation team and all their high & tentpole campaigns: leading campaign planning strategy, overseeing creative planning & production, aligning with other departments on approvals & expectations, help develop non-standard initiatives and budget allocation for all phases.
- Actively share campaign planning & strategy with different departments (Brand & Content, Strategy & biddable team, etc) and performance, insights & learnings internally.
- Setting, implementing, and flexibly adjusting the strategy for our content and brand campaigns and rollout across EMEA in close collaboration with Brand & Content.
- Managing the team to be the industry leaders in creativity & innovation.
- Manage all brand campaigns and activities for EMEA in close collaboration with the Brand & Content Team.
- Managing content creator strategy, planning, concepts and budget across EMEA and the different channels.
- Manage team to test new formats, and think outside the box when planning the campaigns to build never-seen non-standard campaigns and create huge word of mouth and buzz around the titles & brand.
- Inspiring the team to stay on top of social media trends (local & global) and how we should own and drive conversation and buzz around our brand and content.
- Manage channel strategy and partner relationships to set up organic strategy and improve performance.
Qualifications & Experience…
- Experience in social media, creative & brand marketing or similar.
- Experience leading a diverse, multicultural team and project management team.
- Entertainment & series fan.
- Strong strategic mindset with tried skills in managing teams, campaigns, and budgets.
- Strong creative mindset to manage, set up strategy, approve all social concepts and inspire non-standard & big formats.
- Strong relationship management with internal and external clients as well as key stakeholders to director level.
- An inclusive leadership style and a flexible mindset, ready to adapt to a changing environment.
- A self-sufficient and proactive approach to their work.
- Trends and pop culture enthusiast.
Onsite Working This role is advertised as Onsite, meaning all working hours and days (regardless of shift pattern) will be carried out at the place of work. Subject to any applicable laws, WBD / your Line Manager reserves the right to change this working agreement, where this is essential to business needs and upon reasonable notice to you.
