Your New Role

As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sponsorship, partnership and branded content revenue across WBD Entertainment, Sport and Streaming platforms. Working closely with the Sales Hub Lead, you will own and grow relationships within a defined media agency patch, leading cross‑platform sales opportunities from brief to close while representing the full Warner Bros. Discovery portfolio.

Your Accountabilities

  • Grow and maximise sponsorship, partnership and branded content revenue across Entertainment, Sport and Streaming platforms within an assigned agency patch.
  • Own senior and day‑to‑day relationships across media agencies, developing strong partnerships at all levels.
  • Lead the end‑to‑end sales process including responding to briefs, ideation, pitching, negotiation and closing cross‑platform deals.
  • Work closely with the Sales Hub Lead and Sales Leadership team on agency, client and renewal strategies.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally across WBD to ensure aligned, effective communication and delivery for agencies and brand partners.
  • Maintain accurate sales administration including Salesforce updates, pipeline management, deal logging and internal reporting.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 6+ years’ experience in the media industry, with exposure to broadcast, digital, streaming and/or social platforms.
  • Proven experience managing and growing relationships with media agencies and key clients.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a solid understanding of the media market, competitors and industry trends.
  • Demonstrated success in sales, pitching and negotiation within a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
  • High level of proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM systems, along with Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and organisational skills with strong attention to detail.

Hybrid Working

This role is advertised as a Hybrid work model, that combines remote and in‑office work, following our current company policy and to be agreed with your Line Manager. Subject to any applicable laws, WBD / your Line Manager reserves the right to change this working agreement where this is essential to business needs and upon reasonable notice to you.
