Your New Role…
Reporting to the Senior Production Manager, the Production Manager is responsible for on air promotions and 360 creative projects across WBD Sports portfolio of platforms.
You will ensure that production timelines and defined budgets are maintained and tracked, and that the
Production team follows planned forecasts and priorities. You’ll implement and support best work practices for all productions, setting up workflows and processes where appropriate and maintaining the most effective working relationship with all relevant departments involved in the creative and production process.
Your Role Accountabilities…

Manage/oversee multiple projects from development through delivery, advising on overall production plan and negotiating and monitoring production aspects including budget, schedule, and materials.

Manage, develop, and motivate a freelance team of Production Producers/Co-Ordinators.

Compile monthly production schedules, capturing the needs of each project, assign projects to the production team, assessing priority, and required resource.

Responsible for maintaining costs, raising purchase orders, and ensuring the teams timely and accurate delivery of campaigns.

Provide vendors with all technical specs, setting clear expectations on time and quality, and negotiate best rates where appropriate.

Liaise closely with Media Planning (or the equivalent), Client Services and Marketing on risk management and all practical aspects of production.

Create and update Monday boards/asset trackers with necessary information to provide accurate and timely provision of all requested deliverables.

Ensure production teams accurate use and Soundmouse reporting of music for on air and online campaigns, following all applicable EMEA compliance regulations and internal documents provided by the Business and Legal Affairs.

Manage optimum voice over and audio bookings, budgets and shoot preparations when required.

Manage all issues relating to rights & UK compliance regulators directives for regional promotions production.
Qualifications & Experience…

People manager with proven experience in On Air Production, Digital or in a broadcast environment.

Ability to train others whilst also looking for opportunities to grow and progress

Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Strong analytical and decision-making skills with the ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines

Show excellent brand awareness and understanding of pre and post production processes.

Strong knowledge of production and office software such as excel, power point, word, Monday.com

Knowledge of edit & design based software such as Avid, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, After Effects, Photoshop an advantage but not essential
Hybrid Working – This role is advertised as a Hybrid work model, that combines remote and in-office work, following our current company policy and to be agreed with your Line Manager. Subject to any applicable laws, WBD / your Line Manager reserves the right to change this working agreement where this is essential to business needs and upon reasonable notice to you.
