Your New Role… Working predominately across CNN’s new Global Perspectives franchise, the Event Executive is to work closely with the Events Team on the production of this high-impact event series that explores global narratives. This role requires exceptional production skills and a passion for delivering high spec events.
Your Role Accountabilities…
- Support the end-to-end event production, including venue sourcing, technical planning, budgeting, scheduling, and on-site execution.
- Work closely with local editorial teams to ensure their production needs are met.
- Coordinate travel, accommodation and itinerary of speakers and guests.
- Coordinate production of branded merchandise and materials.
- Assist with collating RSVPs and delegate communications.
Qualifications & Experience…
- Proven experience producing international or culturally diverse events.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced deadline driven environment.
- Additional languages a plus.

Hybrid Working - This role is advertised as a Hybrid work model, that combines remote and in-office work, following our current company policy and to be agreed with your Line Manager.
