Your New Role…
The Compensation Programmes Manager will be a key member of the Global Reward Team. Reporting to the Director, International Compensation Programmes, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering compensation strategies across LATAM, EMEA, and APAC. This is a high-impact role that contributes to both global initiatives and regional projects, ensuring consistency, compliance, and innovation in our compensation practices.
As WBD prepares for its planned separation into two standalone companies, this role will also contribute to our readiness efforts to ensure continuity across both future organisations.
Your Role Accountabilities…

Manage international compensation projects, including annual compensation planning and EU Pay Transparency compliance.

Coordinate with global and regional teams to align compensation processes and ensure smooth implementation across multiple markets.

Design and manage project plans, communications, and stakeholder engagement strategies.

Develop and maintain compensation tools, templates, and reporting models tailored to international needs.

Serve as the primary contact for regional C&B teams and P&C partners, ensuring they are informed throughout compensation cycles.

Work with the US Compensation team to ensure alignment on global programmes and provide insights on international trends.

Oversee data auditing, system testing, and administration in close coordination with the Total Rewards Operations team.

Assist the Director with ad hoc projects and contribute to the ongoing enhancement of compensation processes and operating models.
Qualifications & Experience…

Proven experience managing compensation programmes across multiple international regions.

Strong project management skills with the ability to drive complex, cross-functional initiatives.

In-depth knowledge of compensation methodologies, including benchmarking, job architecture, and variable pay.

Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in MS Office; experience with Workday is a plus.

Clear communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and work effectively across teams.

A proactive, adaptable approach with a strong sense of ownership and attention to detail.
Hybrid Working – This role is advertised as a Hybrid work model, that combines remote and in-office work, following our current company policy and to be agreed with your Line Manager. Subject to any applicable laws, WBD / your Line Manager reserves the right to change this working agreement where this is essential to business needs and upon reasonable notice to you.
