Warner Bros. Studios Leavesden is seeking an Assistant Lead FMA to oversee maintenance across offices, sound stages, and external areas. You will plan tasks, coordinate contractors, and help develop a multi-skilled team to keep spaces safe, functional, and visually presented.
You will monitor health and safety, maintain records, and support strategic planning and vendor management. Onsite rota includes evenings, weekends, and emergency responses as needed.
