Responsibilities

  • Support multiple recruiters in scheduling complex interviews across differing time zones, providing an excellent candidate experience.
  • Interviews may include phone and onsite interviews, complex multilayered scheduling, videoconferencing, and facilitating travel arrangements.
  • Act as ambassador for the candidate experience, managing all interview logistics and serving as the primary point of contact.
  • Manage the offer process, sending new hire documentation including offer letters and checklists, ensuring new hires complete all required admission documentation efficiently and accurately, and communicating with internal teams throughout the process.
  • Support operational projects, such as translating documentation.
  • Assist the Talent Acquisition team with operational requests.

Qualifications

  • Previous recruitment and/or administrative experience preferred.
  • Strong interest in Talent Acquisition.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional language desirable.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to support relationship building across the business.
  • Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced, high‑volume, high‑pressure environment during organizational changes, while maintaining strict confidentiality.

Working Conditions

  • Hybrid Working – This role is advertised as a hybrid work model that combines remote and in‑office work, following our current company policy and to be agreed with your line manager.
  • Subject to applicable laws, WBD reserves the right to change this working agreement if essential to business needs and upon reasonable notice to you.
