We are seeking an Interactor to join our Show Experience team at the Warner Bros. Studio Tour London – The Making of Harry Potter. As an ambassador for the Tour, you will guide, entertain, and enlighten visitors whilst on their magical journey.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Proactively engaging and assisting with the varied needs of our Visitors by delivering a world-class Visitor experience.
- Presenting a friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable interface between the Tour itself and all visitors to the Tour.
- Actively listening and leading with empathy, integrity, and transparency.
- Proactively seeking ways to support your team to work towards the collective goal of exceeding Visitors\’ expectations.
- Continuously improving your own skills and knowledge in relation to the Franchise, Tour operations, and your own personal performance.
- Conducting Added Value Tours and assisting in Audio Descriptive Tours as required.
- Working with the management team to enhance the Show and Visitor experience at every opportunity.
- Holding pride for your workspace – keeping a safe and tidy working area.
- Adhering to and championing all guidelines and policies in accordance with WBD policies and procedures.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Understanding of the Harry Potter film series and filmmaking.
- Previous work experience in a customer/visitor-facing role, where a strong emphasis was placed on quality of service and/or experience.
- Presentation skills – enthusiasm and ability to speak in public to groups of up to 300 on a microphone.
- Demonstrable ability to learn new skills and adapt to new situations within a visitor-focused environment.
- Able to contribute positively and enjoy working effectively as part of a large and varied team.
We offer a competitive hourly rate of £12.60, 25 days holiday (pro-rata), and a range of benefits, including GymPass, exclusive access to our Screeners App, staff discounts, and free on-site staff car parking.
Contracts range from 16 to 40 hours per week, and you will be required to work weekends as part of this working pattern. Weekend work includes both Saturday and Sunday.
