Responsibilities
- Provide advanced (Level 2/3) technical support for two technology hubs and their associated markets.
- Take ownership of complex technical issues not resolved by Level 1 support.
- Implement effective workarounds to ensure service continuity during incidents.
- Own incidents end-to-end once resolved, including:
- Root cause analysis and permanent solution design.
- Pre-production testing.
- Solution implementation.
- Technical documentation.
Qualifications & Skills
- Significant experience in broadcast support, ideally within live sports or complex broadcast environments.
- Strong ability to listen to users and provide clear, structured technical responses.
- Highly responsive with a service-oriented mindset.
- Detail-oriented and thorough in problem analysis.
- Proactive and solution-focused approach.
- Technical knowledge: hands-on experience with some or all of the following technologies is required:
- Vizrt solutions (VR & AR, Graphics Hub, Viz Engine, Viz One).
- Mo-Sys tracking systems.
- Video mixers: Grass Valley Kahuna, Vizrt Vectar.
- Replay systems: EVS and Grass Valley LiveTouch.
- Cloud-based production solutions.
- PTP synchronisation.
- SMPTE ST 2110 environments.
Labour Conditions
- Shift work from Monday to Sunday on extended hours. 40 hours/week.
- Flexible schedule according to events.
- Possible occasional works in European countries.
- Onsite Working – This role is advertised as Onsite, meaning all working hours and days (regardless of shift pattern) will be carried out at the place of work.
