Job Summary
Post Producer – manage feature films and episodic television projects from start to finish, ensuring smooth execution, high‑quality delivery, and exceptional client service.
Responsibilities
- Project manage feature films and episodic television throughout the facility.
- Liaise with clients and internal teams to ensure projects run smoothly, efficiently and deliver a first‑class customer experience.
- Understand and manage all deliverable requirements, including technical specifications, onboarding processes and QC workflows.
- Provide detailed cost and billing analysis for each production.
- Build and maintain sustaining relationships with clients at all levels and actively assist in the sales process.
- Manage schedules of creatives, operators and support staff across the picture department.
- Present workflows to key clients, including at pre‑production meetings.
- Coordinate talent, technology and workflows to deliver outstanding results.
Qualifications
- Solid experience as a Post Producer / Post Production Manager on studio‑level features and high‑end TV drama.
- Excellent knowledge of feature film and episodic television post‑production processes and industry‑standard deliverables.
- Proven ability to build and maintain sustaining relationships with clients and to generate new business from existing and new clients.
- Familiarity with Conditions of Service, Contract of Employment, Health and Safety and their impact on staff.
- Understanding of Warner Bros. Studios Leavesden values, policies, procedures and guidelines, including Health & Safety guidelines.
- Working Conditions
On‑site working – all hours and days will be carried out at the place of work.
Subject to applicable laws, WBD and your line manager reserve the right to change this working agreement where essential to business needs and upon reasonable notice.
