Join the Global Themed Entertainment (GTE) team as a Coordinator, Global Experiences - EMEA and support the delivery of world-class themed entertainment and location-based experiences across EMEA. Working closely with international teams and stakeholders, you will help coordinate projects, business processes and partnerships that bring iconic entertainment brands to life.   • Effectively communicate, promote and support Global Themed Experiences strategy and objectives.
  • Coordinate project activities and workflows across internal stakeholders, including Marketing, PR, Legal, Finance, Product Development and Brand teams.
  • Undertake administration tasks, coordinate meeting logistics, take notes and support project reviews and approval processes.
  • Support the management team across business development activity, including research, administration, documentation and the preparation of presentations and materials for meetings and stakeholder updates.
  • Facilitate contract modifications and deal requisitions through to execution.
  • Coordinate licensee forecasting, reporting, project tracking and research activities.
  • Assist with business and financial processes related to new business development, including information gathering, due diligence and deal submission.
  • Previous entertainment internship or coordination experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of the licensing industry is advantageous.
  • Ability to work effectively across global teams and multiple time zones.
  • Technically proficient and confident using digital tools and platforms.
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to take initiative, work independently and collaborate as part of a team.
