We are seeking a proactive E-Commerce & CRM Executive to support the e-commerce marketing team at Warner Bros Tours and Retail. As E-Commerce and CRM Executive you will take ownership of the day-to-day CRM programme across our UK, US and Japan Harry Potter Shop storefronts, with a particular focus on hands-on email marketing and the customer lifecycle. This is an opportunity to develop a profitable channel, improve how we engage customers and contribute to data-led campaigns for a world-leading visitor attraction brand.   • Build, schedule and maintain email campaigns, customer flows and lists in Salesforce Marketing Cloud across three international markets.
  • Own and optimise automated customer journeys, including welcome, abandonment, post-purchase, win-back and restock communications.
  • Support campaign execution across product launches, promotions and paid media activity, including approximately one CRM send per week.
  • Monitor campaign performance, maintain reporting dashboards and use engagement data to identify actionable improvements.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including the Harry Potter Fan Club team, and external partners to support timely campaign delivery.
  • Collate and coordinate marketing assets across the website, CRM, paid channels and global marketplaces.
  • Support Amazon advertising across the UK, US and Japan, including campaign planning, briefing, asset delivery and performance reporting.
  • Previous hands-on experience building and scheduling email campaigns, ideally using an enterprise level CRM platform such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Klaviyo, Braze, Bloomreach or Dotdigital.
  • Hands on working knowledge of HTML, with the ability to build or edit email content beyond drag-and-drop functionality.
  • Comfortable analysing campaign performance, maintaining dashboards and using Excel functions such as pivot tables to identify actionable insights.
  • Genuine interest in CRM, customer lifecycle marketing, e-commerce and building effective customer communications.
  • Proactive and confident coordinating campaigns and smaller projects while working across internal teams and external partners.
