As a Finance Assistant professional for Twenty Twenty, you will support the smooth running of finance operations across production and corporate activities. You will play a key role in processing invoices, managing supplier relationships, and supporting wider accounting processes within a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities

  • Process supplier invoices, manage expenses, and support cash-related processes within Accounts Payable.
  • Raise purchase orders and ensure accurate matching of invoices within the finance system.
  • Support supplier management activities, including responding to queries and maintaining account accuracy.
  • Work with production teams to support finance processes and ensure smooth operational flow.
  • Assist with monthly reporting activities and financial reconciliations.
  • Use accounting systems, including SAP, to process and maintain financial records.
  • Provide additional support across finance activities when required, including cross-team collaboration.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience or exposure to accounting or finance processes.
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles.
  • Familiarity with accounting software; experience with SAP is beneficial.
  • Willingness to learn and develop within a finance environment.
  • Ability to adapt and support a high-volume transactional setting.

Working Conditions

Hybrid Working – This role is advertised as a Hybrid work model that combines remote and in‑office work, following our current company policy and to be agreed with your Line Manager. Subject to any applicable laws, WBD / your Line Manager reserves the right to change this working agreement where this is essential to business needs and upon reasonable notice to you.
