The Finance Assistant supports the Finance team with aspects of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable., * Allocation of payments in accordance with customer remittances into accounting system and resolving payment related queries.

Liaising with suppliers & resolving queries.

Performing procedural supplier checks.

Code & send invoices for approval.

Assist in the monthly distribution of royalties to licensors.

Credit card statement reconciliation.

Assist in approval and checking of T&E claims.

Assist in sending payment reminders/ statements of accounts/ Box Office Returns to customers.
