As Co-ordinator, Creative & Format Development at Warner Bros. International Television Production (WBITVP), you will play a central role in supporting creativity and collaboration across the group. You’ll be responsible for tracking the pipeline of new IP entering the business and ensuring smooth communication and asset management between Creative HQ and WBITVP operating companies (Opcos).
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day tracking of assets and data related to new IP.
- Supply and hand off assets and data to the Director, Marketing & Creative when IP is introduced for international sale.
- Act as the central contact for circulating new formats between Creative HQ and WBITVP Opcos.
- Ensure Opcos regularly update the internal Creative database (Quickbase).
- Conduct regular creative calls with Opcos to understand creative needs and opportunities.
- Monitor and communicate global programming trends to inspire creativity and identify opportunities.
- Drive collaboration across Warner Bros. Discovery Group by supporting:
- Creative Exchanges & Format Showcases
- Development Workshops
- Format-Specific Exchanges (in collaboration with the International Production team)
- Support ad-hoc creative projects as requested by the GVP, Creative & Format Development.
Qualifications / Requirements
- Proven experience in a similar role or within a production background in the entertainment or media industry.
- Strong communication skills, both in person and over the phone, with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in:
- Microsoft Office Suite (Advanced Excel)
- Keynote / PowerPoint
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- SharePoint
- SAP (for invoice processing)
- MediaLab (for WB and LBS materials)
- Understanding of AI tools for creative use is preferable.
- Effective team player with a collaborative mindset.
- High attention to detail and strong information processing skills, especially for reporting and logging.
