This is a twelve-month fixed-term contract position. \Setup, operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and control industry-leading show technology, including lighting, sound, video, and integrated systems to ensure a consistent visitor experience. \Assist with the delivery of live events as needed. \Monitor and protect assets and equipment to maintain quality and reliability. \Maintain effective communication across departments, including Visitor Experience, Studio Facilities, and Corporate Archive. \Collaborate as part of a technical project team for themed feature development, installation, and maintenance projects. \Contribute to the day-to-day operations of WBSTL, covering weekends, evenings, and school holidays on a shift pattern. \A proven track record in a similar maintenance position, preferably in the entertainment or visitor attraction industry. \Knowledge of live event production and relevant audio-visual skills. \Experience with installed audio-visual show systems, including fault finding and troubleshooting. \Proven IT skills, with a sound knowledge of Microsoft Office and associated packages. \Basic knowledge of IT switch networks and IP-based control systems. \This is a full-time position, averaging 40 hours per week.
