Our Team As Warner Bros. The channels moved in a technology transformation for all his equipment home of all countries in Europe based on a hybrid architecture on premise and cloud. London and Paris team manage the engineering and support of this new group surrounded by two playout centres and all the markets in Europe from Eurosport. Your new role Part of the M2P Team engineering (MAM, Post‑production and Playout) you will be part of the tier 2 team to coordinate support and the team on MAM, Post‑Production and Playout. They work on a virtualised hybrid, on‑premised and cloud platform.
- Coordination Coordinate the tasks of the tier 2 team (9 people split between Paris and London), assignment and follow up with the tier 1 team. Work with tier 3 engineering team based in Paris or London. Report to the team managers. Help in the change management. Build test plan and coordinate tests phases of the T2 team. Plan maintenance, upgrade, load test windows.
- Support Manage the ticket escalated by support level 0/1. Follow up of the incident and problems with the different teams and vendors. Follow up update on platform day‑to‑day with the support Tier 1. Non‑regression test. Upgrade phases and reboot action coordination. In charge of the global health of the system. Tier 2 support expert.
Qualifications and Experience Degree in Technology, or similar. English writing and speaking. French (optional). Communication skills. Capacity to work on a constant change environment. Capacity to work on a stress environment with production team during live event. Strong team member with self‑motivation and consistent customer service. Excellent troubleshooting, analytical and problem‑solving skills. Minimum of 10 years of experience in Broadcast Technology in a support or engineering role. Collaborative leadership. Experience in Sport, News, Production and Documentary environment. Experience with a MAM, Post‑Production tools, Playout. Extensive Broadcast technical background (IP video 2110, AES 67, NMOS, video and audio formats and codec). Good understanding of IT technologies and the associated challenge (network, virtualization, storage, cloud services, security). Following technology intelligence to permanently keep the system efficient for business growth.
General Work on office hour. London, UK or Paris, France. Work remotely possible 2 days a week. Minimal travel anticipated. Permanent contract.
