The predicted salary is between 28800 - 43200 £ per year.
The Production Resource Coordinator provides support to the Production Resource and Productions teams across our Chiswick and Stockley Park production sites. They are responsible for the bookings and resource allocation of our live production facilities ensuring all booking systems (Provys/MP) and department documents (Event Tracker) are updated with information accurately distributed to relevant teams. They work alongside the Provys, Media Pulse, Editing and scheduling teams to ensure all production requirements are accurately allocated to ensure our engineering the tech management teams correct rig and prep our facilities prior to live production days.
Responsibilities
- Supports the Production Resource Supervisor in booking and allocating our fixed facility internal resources, and ensures the correct equipment/ports/outputs are allocated to all productions. (PCR\’s, SCR\’s, MFR\’s, Studios, Green Rooms, Dressing Rooms, Make-up rooms, Edit Suites, Tagboard).
- Liaise with Moov and A.E Live Graphics teams (Managed service Provider) to ensure all Chyron/Viz Graphics allocations are correctly captured and allocated across all TNT productions.
- Liaising with internal teams to ensure all productions, engineering and edit maintenance is correctly requested and captured across our systems, limiting impact to live productions.
- Assisting the Bookings team with the inputting of all crew personal across the multiple productions into the system during busier periods.
- Flag resource chokepoints early and escalates when needed when multiple productions require the same resources.
- Attend/lead daily scheduling meetings to ensure information is communicated across all teams.
- Weekend cover (where required) to ensure production teams and freelancers have the correct level of support, with fast escalation to senior team where required to limit any production impact.
Qualifications
- Experience working in live, multi-sport production / Operations team
- Attention to detail, and accurate system inputting
- Knowledge relating to television & digital production
- Self-motivated & strong problem-solving approach required
- Proactive self-starter, with a drive to enhance workflows and processes
- Ability to work well under pressure and to strict deadlines
- Strong team player with the ability to motivate, develop and inspire others with solid interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Adaptable and flexible in a challenging, demanding and fast-paced environment
