Overview
Welcome to Warner Bros. Discovery. The Production Resource Coordinator provides support to the Production Resource and Productions teams across our Chiswick and Stockley Park production sites. They are responsible for the bookings and resource allocation of live production facilities, ensuring all booking systems (Provys/MP) and department documents (Event Tracker) are updated and information distributed to relevant teams. They work with the Provys, Media Pulse, Editing and scheduling teams to ensure production requirements are allocated and that engineering and tech management teams can rig and prep facilities prior to live production days.
Your New Role
The Production Resource Coordinator supports the Production Resource and Productions teams across our Chiswick and Stockley Park production sites. They manage bookings and resource allocation for live production facilities and maintain accurate information in booking systems and department documents.
Your Role Accountabilities
- Supports the Production Resource Supervisor in booking and allocating fixed facility internal resources, ensuring the correct equipment/ports/outputs are allocated to all productions (PCRs, SCRs, MFRs, Studios, Green Rooms, Dressing Rooms, Make-up rooms, Edit Suites, Tagboard).
- Liaises with Moov and A.E Live Graphics teams (Managed service Provider) to ensure Chyron/Viz Graphics allocations are captured and allocated across TNT productions.
- Liaises with internal teams to ensure productions, engineering and edit maintenance are correctly requested and captured across systems, limiting impact to live productions.
- Assists the Bookings team with inputting crew personal details across multiple productions during busier periods.
- Flags resource chokepoints early and escalates when needed when multiple productions require the same resources.
- Attends/leads daily scheduling meetings to ensure information is communicated across all teams.
- Provides weekend cover where required to ensure production teams and freelancers have the appropriate level of support, with fast escalation to a senior team when required to limit production impact.
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience working in live, multi-sport production / Operations teams.
- Attention to detail and accurate system inputting.
- Knowledge relating to television & digital production.
- Self-motivated with a strong problem-solving approach.
- Proactive self-starter with a drive to enhance workflows and processes.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Strong team player with the ability to motivate, develop and inspire others with solid interpersonal skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Adaptable and flexible in a challenging, demanding and fast-paced environment.
Onsite Working
This role is advertised as Onsite, meaning all working hours and days (regardless of shift pattern) will be carried out at the place of work. Subject to applicable laws, WBD/your Line Manager reserves the right to change this working arrangement as needed with reasonable notice.
